As an Account Manager specializing in new business and closing, you will turn qualified sales opportunities into signed partnerships, helping businesses unlock the commercial potential of loyalty programmes. You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution development to presentations, negotiations, and contract closure. Working with small and medium-sized businesses, you will identify customer acquisition and retention challenges and demonstrate how loyalty solutions can drive repeat purchases and sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey, from the first qualified conversation through successful onboarding. By combining consultative selling, disciplined pipeline management, and AI-powered sales tools, you will help accelerate revenue growth in an expanding B2B loyalty market.
