AI AUTOMATION ENGINEER

At CreatorIQ, our go-to-market teams move fast — and the systems behind them need to keep pace. As an AI Automation Engineer, you will build the internal tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our GTM organization faster, smarter, and more scalable. Reporting into GTM Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to turn manual, repetitive, and messy processes into reliable systems — using modern AI development tools to ship solutions in days, not quarters. This role is hands-on and builder-first: you will spec and ship internal applications, orchestrate data and workflows across our stack, and embed AI where it creates real leverage. If you are a resourceful builder who loves turning ambiguous business problems into working software and thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and go-to-market strategy, this is your role.

Location: Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil

In this role, you’ll get to:

• Build internal tools and AI-powered solutions end-to-end: Use modern AI development tools like Claude Code to design, build, and ship internal applications and automations — from a clear spec through deployment and iteration. Translate ambiguous business requests into working software that GTM teams actually adopt, and deploy and maintain those tools (for example, on Vercel) to keep them reliable.
• Orchestrate workflows and automations across the GTM stack: Design and maintain automated workflows in n8n (and similar orchestration tools) that connect Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, Slack, and other systems via APIs and webhooks — eliminating repetitive manual work and routing the right data to the right people at the right time.
• Work with data across Salesforce and Snowflake: Query, model, and move data between our CRM and data warehouse to power dashboards, automations, and AI workflows. Write SQL against Snowflake, maintain data integrity across Salesforce, and ensure every tool you build runs on clean, trustworthy data. Experience with Snowflake CoCo is a plus.
• Embed AI where it creates leverage: Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agents — for tasks like research, enrichment, summarization, content generation, and analysis — using prompt engineering, MCPs and API integrations. Build human-in-the-loop systems that capture efficiency gains without sacrificing quality.
• Be a trusted technical partner to GTM: Identify process inefficiencies across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, then own the solution end-to-end from requirements to rollout. Document what you build, train users on new tools and workflows, and continuously improve the systems the organization relies on every day.
