Corporate Stays is an international furnished apartment and corporate housing company operating across Canada and Latin America.

We manage a growing portfolio of professionally furnished apartments, serving corporate travelers, relocating professionals, and leisure guests through Airbnb and other booking channels.

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and results-driven Airbnb Performance & Conversion Specialist to take ownership of Airbnb listing optimization across Canada, Panama, and Paraguay.

The goal is to improve listing visibility, attract more qualified guests, increase booking conversion, and drive revenue growth through data-driven optimization while maintaining our pricing strategy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Airbnb Listing Optimization

Optimize Airbnb listing titles, descriptions, keywords, and content to improve attractiveness and conversion.

Review and reorganize listing photos, including cover photo selection and photo sequencing.

Identify underperforming listings and prioritize opportunities for improvement.

Improve listing presentation and ensure content accurately reflects each property.

Test optimization strategies and monitor their impact on performance.

• Performance Analysis & Conversion Improvement

Analyze Airbnb listing traffic, booking conversion rates, search visibility, and click-through rates.

Identify listings receiving traffic but generating insufficient reservations.

Investigate factors affecting listing performance and develop corrective action plans.

Monitor the results of implemented changes and identify successful optimization strategies.

Coordinate with the Revenue Management team to identify opportunities to improve revenue performance without independently changing prices.

• Listing Quality & Accuracy

Maintain accurate and consistent listing information across all three markets.

Verify descriptions, amenities, property specifications, and other listing details with local teams.

Identify and correct outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information.

Maintain professional presentation standards across the active Airbnb portfolio.

Conduct regular listing audits and document quality improvements.

• Optimization Strategy & Collaboration

Audit Airbnb listings across Canada, Panama, and Paraguay.

Identify high-potential listings and develop prioritized optimization plans.

Coordinate with Revenue Management, Distribution, Reservations, and local Operations teams.

Recommend new photography or additional property information when needed.

Propose and implement listing experiments within the scope of authorized responsibilities.

Maintain a shared optimization tracker documenting changes, priorities, and results.

• Reporting & Accountability

Maintain an up-to-date Airbnb Performance & Optimization Tracker.

Submit a concise monthly performance report by the 5th of each month, covering the previous calendar month.

Report performance by country and across the consolidated portfolio.

Identify the ten most significant improvements completed and the ten listings requiring the most attention.

Track progress against agreed KPIs and recommend actionable improvements based on data.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing and optimizing Airbnb listings.

Strong understanding of short-term rental booking conversion, search visibility, click-through rates, and listing performance.

Experience improving listing titles, descriptions, photo selection, and property presentation.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and translate it
