Portfolio Ownership

Own a portfolio of product families end to end - measured on contribution profit, revenue, TACoS and launch results

Make one move at a time, log it with its hypothesis, and judge it when it's due

Report weekly through your scorecard and our weekly brand-manager pod

Launches

Take new products in your portfolio from go-live to target velocity using our launch playbook - pricing, campaigns, Vine, the 3-week check and the moves after it

Know when a launch isn't working, and recommend whether to push, change course or discontinue

PPC & Pricing

Run PPC on your own families - bids, keywords, negatives, targets, budgets - with our automation or by hand. No approval needed.

Set prices and coupons within clear limits; bring a recommendation when you want to go beyond them

Listings & Creative

Run image, A+, title and bullet tests, briefed to our in-house creative team

Work with listing ops on bigger listing and variation changes

Protecting the Core

Keep your top families in stock and defended

Flag stock risk to supply chain early and share projections before a push

Bonus if you:

Have managed a large, variation-heavy catalog

Have B2B or Amazon Business experience

$3,000-$6,000/month depending on experience, full-time, fully remote (Latin America, 4+ hours overlap with US business hours)

We're an 8-figure Amazon brand selling shipping and packaging supplies to small businesses - poly, zip and cello bags, labels, mailers - with a wide catalog of size and pack-count variants and a steady pipeline of new launches. Our team is in-house and remote, and we run our own automation for PPC and pricing.

We're hiring an Amazon Brand Manager to own a portfolio of our core product families end to end - its contribution profit, its growth, and the launches in it - reporting directly to the COO. This isn't an assistant or coordinator role. You decide pricing, PPC and tests on your families, and you own the results. If you love reading the numbers, making the call, and watching the profit move, this is your role.
