About the Role

Are you passionate about sales and constantly seeking ways to elevate your performance? We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team at WeWork Brazil as a Sales Development Senior Associate. In this challenging and exciting role, you will be responsible for handling and qualifying a high volume of leads coming from various channels with excellence and efficiency. In a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, you will be essential in ensuring each opportunity receives personalized attention and is properly nurtured, contributing directly to achieving our goals. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will help identify the most promising leads and direct them to the next stage of the sales process. Your organizational skills and communication abilities will be key to converting leads into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Handle phone calls, respond to WhatsApp tickets, and fill out forms for prospective clients;

Basic qualification of leads to ensure alignment with products or services offered, identifying and developing potential interest in WeWork solutions;

Work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, especially the commercial team, to understand client needs and provide adequate support, both during acquisition/qualification and in the experience of existing members;

Maintain interaction records with clients and update the CRM system as needed, maintaining defined standards and consistency across strict processes;

Safeguard and improve procedures and other activities defined to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service according to WeWork standards;

About you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Advanced written and spoken English

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment across multiple channels;

Attention to detail and solid organizational skills;

Analytical and process-oriented skills to ensure consistency in activities;

Prior experience in customer service or sales is considered a plus.
