MEET RADIANCE

The Source® of all your creative collateral.

Radiance is a future-forward digital design agency powered by The SOURCE®, a proprietary

Creative OS that learns and evolves with your brand. As you work, it works—aligning assets, messaging, and systems into one cohesive source of brand truth.

We blend human-crafted design with intelligent systems to help modern brands scale with

clarity, consistency, and impact. Every project we deliver is built not just as an asset, but as

infrastructure—designed to compound value over time.

From brand systems and websites to decks, social, and campaigns, Radiance builds creative

that performs across media, commerce, and customer experience.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We’re looking for an Associate Designer who can lead visual execution while thinking

systemically about brand, consistency, and scale.

This role is for a designer who doesn’t just “make things look good,” but understands how

design decisions ripple across products, platforms, and teams. You’ll help shape client-facing

work and internal Radiance assets while contributing to the evolution of The Source® as a

living design system.

You’ll work closely with founders, strategy, and product to translate high-level direction into

clear, elegant, production-ready design—without needing heavy oversight.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in

Figma

• Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets
• Support web design with wireframes and layouts (Webflow build skills a plus, not

required)

• Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual

narratives

• Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®
• Participate in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews
• Balance speed and craft—shipping excellent work without over-polish

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)

BONUS POINTS

• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or motion design
• Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or system-based design ops
• Experience working inside brand systems or creative platforms
• Interest in how AI and automation can enhance—not replace—design craft

WHY JOIN RADIANCE

• Foundational creative role. Help shape how design scales inside a platform-first

agency

• High impact. Your work directly defines client outcomes and Radiance’s visual voice
• Design-forward culture. Work alongside world-class creatives and builders
• Future-facing. Be part of a team redefining creative infrastructure with AI
• Remote-first. High trust, low overhead, async-friendly
• Real upside. Competitive salary, equity, bonus, health benefits, and 401K

RADIANCE IS FOR YOU IF

• You care about systems as much as aesthetics
• You enjoy ownership, creative accountability, and are detail-oriented

You like building things that scale beyond a single deliverable

• You’re excited by the intersection of design, brand, and intelligent tools

RADIANCE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

• You prefer narrowly scoped production-only roles
• You need heavy direction or rigid processes
• You’re not interested in brand, storytelling, or creative s
