As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will build and evolve backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting a large-scale digital transformation project across multiple channels, including mobile applications, web portals, self-service kiosks, and conversational AI services. This hands-on role combines software engineering excellence with day-to-day technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and delivery planning. You will help teams navigate technical challenges, coordinate production incident responses, and ensure reliable solutions reach customers. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and client teams, you will also mentor colleagues and promote continuous improvement.
