Business Development Representative

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

. Retain, develop and grow sales through fleet and re-seller network channels.

. Create and execute commercial strategies to grow product penetration in the marketplace.

. Provide technical training to customers, highlighting product portfolio value proposition.

. Clarify product inquiries from customers and convert leads from the e-commerce sales channel into sales.

. National travel (~10% field work).

. Support the Fleet Territory Sales team by tracking new sales opportunities in the fleet market.

. Gather market intelligence to support upper management strategic decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

. Proven 3 years’ experience in Inside Sales or customer-facing roles.

. Ability to present and promote products through both direct and indirect sales channels.

. Capability to train sales teams effectively.

. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in-person.

. Experience with post-sale processes and upselling strategies.

. Strong prospecting abilities and experience in sales lead generation.

. Willingness to travel for in-person client visits when necessary.

. Knowledge of the fleet and reseller market is a plus.

. Ability to support field sales in complex sales negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Master's degree in Sales or a related field.
