What You'll Do:

Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts.

Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy.

Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate.

Approve Purchase Orders

Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier.

Solved any rejections and worked with the returns.

Provide status to the sales team or the customer.

Review Backlog report to make sure all the PO are being addressed.

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of Experience with Operations and Customer Service.

Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook

ERP/CRM Experience

Advanced English Skills (Written and conversation fluent)

Salesforce experience is a plus.

Work Arrangement :

Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $20,833.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
