Communications and Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to shape brand messaging and strengthen audience engagement across digital and media channels. In this fully remote role, you will develop compelling content, manage online communities, coordinate press communications, and lead strategic campaigns that increase awareness of products and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, legal, customer support, and leadership, to deliver consistent and impactful communications. The role offers significant ownership, allowing you to manage projects from initial planning through execution, measurement, and post-campaign analysis. You will use audience insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement.
