Customer Master Data Intern

You will report directly to our CX Manager and work out of our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy and compliance of customer data, contributing to smooth operations and excellent customer service delivery.

Maintain and update customer master data accurately

Verify documentation compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Perform necessary configurations and upload tax certificates

Support shipment management and related process follow-ups

Extract data reports and improve Power BI tools, including dashboards

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Strong data analysis skills

Understanding of how global companies operate and business details

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to follow established processes

Proactive attitude

Ability to handle customer interactions and provide effective support

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

Interest in customer experience and data management

Good communication skills and teamwork

Motivation to learn and grow in a corporate environment
