A day in the life:

The Vertical Data Operations Lead (B2B & Lead Gen) is a senior individual contributor embedded at the intersection of new business, marketing measurement, and complex pipeline data delivery. This role serves three distinct functions: supporting the pre-sales process on large B2B and Lead Gen engagements, contributing to Power Digital's marketing measurement programs, and owning the data onboarding and integration experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature.

You are a B2B and Lead Gen data specialist. You understand the full pipeline data landscape, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), demand generation platforms (LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase), call tracking and form capture tools (CallRail, Unbounce), and the messy reality of lead data that arrives in every format imaginable: CSV dumps, screenshot imports, manual spreadsheets, and custom-built ingress pipelines. You know how to bring structure to unstructured data, where pipeline attribution breaks down, and what it takes to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes for clients where the sales cycle is long and the data is rarely clean.

This role reports to the Director of Data Operations & Enablement and works closely with the Appraisal team, the Measurement team, Analytics Engineering, and client account leads.

Responsibilities:

B2B & Lead Gen Vertical Client Delivery:

• Own the end-to-end data onboarding experience for B2B and Lead Gen clients post-signature — from scoping through integration validation and measurement readiness
• Lead structured data intake sessions to document lead definitions, pipeline stage mapping, CRM field configuration, conversion logic, and any known attribution nuances
• Coordinate standup of B2B and Lead Gen data pipelines — CRM connectors (Salesforce, HubSpot), MAP integrations (Marketo, Pardot), demand gen platforms (LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, Demandbase), and call/form tracking tools (CallRail, Unbounce)
• Own the ingestion and normalization of unstructured lead data sources — CSV imports, manual spreadsheets, screenshot-based reporting, and custom ingress tooling — leveraging AI-assisted schema mapping and data extraction where
