Relational Database Mastery: Deep production experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including relational schema design, complex query development, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.

NoSQL Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including document modeling, schema design, and integration with relational systems.

Application Architecture: Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, database security, testing, and how data moves through application services.

Development Tools: Strong experience using distributed version-control systems (Git/GitHub) and familiarity with agile software-development practices.

Clear Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions, data-modeling approaches, and engineering tradeoffs clearly.

Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a practical approach to quality, simplicity, and timely delivery.

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

Azure Cloud Data: Experience with the Azure data stack, specifically Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Microsoft Fabric.

Pipeline Support: Experience supporting broader data pipelines in addition to core application database development.
