Descrição da vaga

Job Summary

Sigga takes the paper out of industrial maintenance. From

offices across North America, Latin America, and Europe, we give the world's

largest refineries, mines, mills, and plants mobile SAP asset management that

their technicians actually use, and we are growing fast on the back of it.

We are hiring a Director, Professional Services to own the

customer base across North America, EMEA, and APAC: every implementation, every

rollout, and every services engagement outside LATAM. You will set the delivery

model for the regions, define the success criteria you are measured against,

and recruit and lead the Project Managers who carry the accounts.

You will carry real commercial weight. Services revenue, program

margin, billable milestone attainment, and cross-sell/up-sell growth across the

portfolio all sit with you, along with the budget, the executive air cover, and

the autonomy to go get them.

The seat is a visible one. You will report directly to the

Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations, who owns Professional

Services, Customer Success and Customer Support, partner with Sigga executives

across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and have direct access and

visibility to the Sigga CEO. You will travel globally, sitting across the table

from the operations and IT executives who run some of the largest industrial

companies in the world. If you want a book of business you can put your name

on, a team of your own, and a company that treats services as a growth engine,

this is your role.

Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight

  • Program Delivery: own end-to-end delivery of large-scale

programs across the regions, from greenfield implementations through rollout

expansions, against customer ROI goals and contractual SOW deliverables.

  • Growth Through Delivery: convert delivery performance into

services expansion and cARR growth through additional rollouts, training, full

consumption of purchased seat licenses, and cross-sell/up-sell.

  • Sales Engagement: partner with account executives on services

opportunities, scope and price the work, present the delivery approach to

prospects and customers, and negotiate services terms through to close.

  • SOW Ownership: write and negotiate SOWs and change orders;

protecting margin and holding delivery to what was signed.

  • Outcomes and KPIs: set and hit the success criteria that define

value realization for each account, keeping every program aligned to Sigga's

strategic priorities.

  • Risk and Issue Management: surface risks early and drive issues

to closure so billable milestones land on time and project hour overruns stay

contained.

  • Resource and Performance Management: deploy people, budget, and

time where they return the most, tracking program health and correcting course

fast.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

carry the accounts, and set the performance standard the team is held to.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: develop project managers and functional

consultants, and keep the bench deep enough to absorb growth.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: drive collaboration across Sales,

Product, and Customer Success, escalate risks early, and bring recommendations

with the solution attached.

  • Trusted Advisor: own the executive relationship at each account,

deliver a Sigga roadmap tied to their EAM objectives, and partner with Customer

Success to turn adoption into realized ROI.
