Director, Sales – LATAM Software

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader to build and scale a high-performing direct sales organization across Latin America. In this role, you will define regional growth priorities, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable revenue across multiple countries. You will combine commercial strategy with active customer engagement, sales coaching, and team development to establish a cohesive, results-driven regional operation. Working in a complex, multi-product software environment, you will have significant autonomy to shape market expansion, sales processes, and organizational structure. You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to align regional opportunities with broader business objectives.
