Take ownership of email marketing and CRM campaigns for established direct-to-consumer brands in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will combine strategic account management, creative copywriting, and hands-on campaign execution to help e-commerce businesses grow sustainably. You will build high-performing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups using Klaviyo, while coordinating closely with designers and managing multiple projects. You will also explore additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings, to create engaging customer experiences.
