Elite Sales Development Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Elite Sales Development Manager based in Brazil.

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to build and lead a high-performing remote B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization across Latin America.

Working closely with executive leadership, you will recruit, develop, and manage a team of 10 or more SDRs focused on generating enterprise-level sales opportunities.

You will establish the team's prospecting strategy, sales playbooks, coaching routines, and performance standards from the ground up.

The role focuses on engaging senior IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain decision-makers within large US and global enterprises.

You will oversee outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels while optimizing workflows through Salesforce, Apollo, AI, and automation tools.
