We’re seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join monday.com http://monday.com and drive new business growth across the LATAM region. In this role, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying new enterprise accounts within the marketing ecosystem, generating a strong and predictable pipeline for our New Business team. You’ll conduct deep research on target accounts, map key stakeholders, and initiate high-impact conversations with high-level decision makers.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter with high social intelligence, strong relationship-building capabilities, and solid technical aptitude using AI. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to execute targeted prospecting strategies, deliver tailored value propositions, and build a robust pipeline that fuels regional expansion in Brazil and Spanish-speaking countries across LATAM.

About The Role

• Engage potential clients through targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels

• Analyze clients pain points and needs to tailor your approach and sell with value

• Build relationships across various departments within client organizations to deepen engagement and uncover additional use cases for monday.com http://monday.com

• Collaborate with the Enterprise team to identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts, increasing overall account value

• Lead initiatives to optimize outreach strategies and accelerate the account expansion cycle

• Stay updated on the SaaS landscape to effectively communicate the value of our platform to prospects

• Achieve monthly quotas of sourced sales-qualified opportunities and pipeline ARR

• Learn the ins and outs of monday.com http://monday.com and gain exposure to our enterprise sales cycle in preparation for career progression into an Account Executive/Account Manager role

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or sales-focused role.

• Proven achiever or overachiever with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets or performance metrics.

• SaaS experience is a strong advantage, particularly in high-growth environments.

• Enterprise sales experience or exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder accounts is an advantage.

• Strong advisory-style engagement skills, with the ability to guide prospects, understand their challenges, and position solutions consultatively.

• Excellent task and pipeline management skills to build and maintain a healthy top of the sales funnel, ensuring consistent opportunity flow.

• Familiarity with the AI domain and AI-powered tools to increase agility, productivity, and work smarter in day-to-day prospecting and research.

• Strong customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required to effectively engage stakeholders across the LATAM region.

• Highly proactive, self-starter, and goal-oriented, with a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to work collaboratively while driving independent outcomes and managing high outbound activity levels.
