Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition roles.

3+ years in a leadership position managing growth marketing teams.

Proven experience managing monthly marketing budgets of at least $50,000 , with measurable success in scaling customer acquisition.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, paid social, paid search, and conversion optimization.

Deep understanding of attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and marketing performance measurement.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Role Overview

Growth Strategy & Acquisition

Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.

Own performance across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels.

Identify and test new acquisition opportunities to drive scalable growth.

Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey.

Performance Marketing

Manage monthly performance marketing budgets of $50,000+ , with accountability for ROI and business outcomes.

Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets.

Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive performance improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

Establish growth KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting processes.

Analyze customer acquisition data and develop actionable recommendations.

Partner with product, data, risk, and operations teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fintech, lending, banking, consumer finance, insurtech, or financial services.

Familiarity with regulated marketing environments and compliance requirements.

Experience managing six-figure monthly marketing budgets.

Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and advanced audience segmentation.
