We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to take ownership of the entire marketing function and accelerate the growth of a rapidly expanding brand in the German-speaking coaching and personal transformation market. Your scope will span performance marketing, CRM, email marketing, social media, content, product launches, and live events. Working closely with executive leadership, you will make data-informed decisions, optimize budgets, and build scalable processes that support sustainable business growth. Although remote work is possible, frequent travel to events, productions, and team meetings in Germany and occasionally elsewhere in Europe is an essential part of the position.
