We are looking for a Jira Administrator to join a project supporting US-based clients. This is a remote opportunity open to professionals across LATAM, and strong English communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Jira solutions according to client and business requirements.

Configure projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, notifications, and automation rules.

Customize and optimize Jira environments to support different business and technical processes.

Manage users, roles, access, and security schemes.

Support Jira integrations with other tools and applications.

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing administration and user support.

Work directly with US-based clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solution

Requisitos

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Jira Administration and Jira implementation projects.

Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and automation.

Experience with Jira Cloud and/or Jira Data Center.

Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and other Atlassian tools is a plus.

Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to participate in meetings and interact directly with US clients.

Based in Latin America.
