IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Jr Tax Analyst at Envalior, you will identify and mitigate risks caused by internal and external changes due to the changes in the market.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Collaborate across teams, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
• Support tax calculations for indirect tax, ancillary obligations to avoid penalties and reputational issues with Brazilian government.
• Explore new materials and technologies to contribute to sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to calculate all indirect taxes( IPI, ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS) and transition to CBS/IBS.
• Support the preparation and submission EFD REINF, SPED Fiscal, EFD contributions, FCI, DCTF WEB, DIRF and CIAP.
• Preparing report for withholding tax from suppliers, update J1BTAX table according to exceptions .
• Responsible to issue correction letter for minor invoice errors to the customer according to tax law.
• Responsible to check cancelled invoices
• Support customer service to issue the invoices to the customers in order to avoid incorrect tax.
• Responsible to oversee the invoices issued against the company and guarantee the correct tax treatment.
• Supporting internal and external audits to obtain clean opinions.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in tax department.
• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting.
• Strong communication and negotiating skills in Portuguese and English both orally and written.
• The ability to build relationships an coordinate effectively among a wide range of (internal and external) stakeholders
