Lead Front-end Engineer (React + .NET)

Experience and Skills

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of production-level React experience.

Proven experience leading engineering teams as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Manager (must be clearly documented in your resume).

Deep expertise in modern React, including hooks, functional components, and state management.

Strong proficiency in TypeScript, ES6+, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous JavaScript.

C1 English level or higher.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Software Architecture, Technical Leadership.

UX experience with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate UX requirements into effective frontend solutions

Deep expertise in .NET and Entity Framework, including hands-on C# development. The platform is backend-driven, so this role works directly in the .NET codebase.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend and cross-functional engineers, setting daily technical direction and code review standards.

Architect and build complex React components and feature modules with minimal supervision.

Optimize application performance using code splitting, memoization, and efficient state management.

Work directly in the .NET backend (C# and Entity Framework) and design API contracts with backend engineers.

Identify and resolve team bottlenecks, diagnose production issues across browsers, and maintain high standards for testing and documentation.
