Operador de Contact Center

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operador de Contact Center based in Brazil.

We are looking for a proactive Contact Center Operator to support student recruitment and engagement through multiple communication channels.

In this role, you will interact with prospective students by phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media, providing helpful information and guidance throughout the enrollment process.

You will respond to inquiries about admission procedures, identify prospective student needs, and maintain accurate records of every interaction.

Working within a relationship management team, you will also contribute to commercial outreach initiatives designed to attract and engage potential students.

Your ability to communicate clearly, understand customer needs, and deliver attentive service will be essential to creating a positive candidate experience.

This is a remote opportunity with occasional visits to the institution's Pompeia location in São Paulo.

The position follows an afternoon schedule during weekdays, with Saturday working hours.
