Operations Lead – Tech Staffing

Experience and Skills

Senior-level experience with 5+ years in Operations, Account Management, Client Success, Business Development, or Consulting within technology, staffing, B2B services, or startups.

Current or recent experience directly managing people, including performance management, coaching, onboarding, and team development.

Daily experience managing external clients, including escalations, negotiations, replacements, difficult conversations, and commercial prioritization.

Demonstrated ability to make fast decisions, remove blockers, and operate effectively in high-pressure, dynamic environments.

Strong experience managing KPIs, pipelines, SLAs, client economics, and operational priorities.

Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or automation platforms in daily work.

C1 English level or higher

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and hold Growth Engineers accountable for results by allocating workload, providing feedback, and overseeing onboarding and training.

Own operational relationships with active clients, anticipating risks, managing escalations and replacements, handling difficult conversations, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Analyze incoming staffing requirements, define search strategies, and assign work based on specialization, capacity, and client priority.

Prioritize accounts using commercial judgment and assess client value, terms, economics, and growth potential.

Intervene in critical situations and remove blockers quickly without taking over the team's daily execution.

Monitor operational KPIs, pipelines, SLAs, delivery quality, and team performance across accounts.

Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to scale operations, and communicate operational needs to Product to support process improvements.
