Your Role :

As an office-based Quality Controller within our Supply Chain Department, you will act as the key link between Purchasing, suppliers, and third-party inspection firms. Instead of factory-floor technical testing, you will focus on managing pre-shipment product compliance to secure smooth global commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Pre-Shipment Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance policies and standards.

Manage product and packaging compliance in accordance with company quality

requirements.

Ensure full compliance with internal regulations and international industry certifications.

Propose and integrate digital and artificial intelligence (AI) into quality management workflows.

2 - Inspection Coordination & Stakeholder Management:

Manage, lead and monitor the performance of the quality control network.

Coordinate the inspection company with the supplier.

3 - Issue Resolution & Dispute Management (Litigations):

Handle non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Follow-up on litigations.
