This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter based in Brazil.

You will contribute directly to the recruitment and selection process, helping identify and assess candidates in an organized and efficient way.

The role involves screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing information throughout the recruitment process.

You will also prepare interview reports and support the monitoring and analysis of recruitment metrics.

The position combines candidate interaction, information analysis, and structured recruitment activities.

The role is remote, with occasional in-person meetings required in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, or the surrounding area.

The working schedule is Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
