About The Job

We're growing our sales team and hiring a senior Account Executive to build coverage in the European market. This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll prospect, run outbound campaigns, and close new business independently.

What you will do:

Own the full sales cycle independently: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, close

Build your own outbound pipeline alongside handling inbound leads

Collaborate with the wider sales team to share what's working and contribute to overall team performance

Run sales calls that clearly communicate Jibble's value, tailored to the prospect's industry

Who we are looking for:

At least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a genuine full-cycle closing track record (not account management or lead-gen only)

Strong live-call performance: clear communicator, sharp on real-time objection handling

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Based in Europe, or able to work European business hours effectively if remote

Comfortable in a fully remote, distributed sales team
