SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) | BARRANQUILLA | FULL-TIME

Location: Barranquilla (On-site Non-negotiable)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)

English: C1 Level Required

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospects via phone, email, text messages, and other approved communication channels.

Present products and services, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

Manage and follow up on leads throughout the entire sales cycle.

Guide customers through the purchasing and enrollment process.

Verify customer information and required documentation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Meet and exceed sales and conversion goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or telemarketing.

Advanced English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken.

Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.

Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn CRM systems.

Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities simultaneously.

Commission: $5 USD for each completed sale.
