Sales & Relationship Manager

As a Sales & Relationship Manager, you will drive revenue growth and build lasting business relationships across the international coffee industry. You will manage the sales process for a diverse portfolio of event offerings, including sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, cupping sessions, workshops, and branded activations. Working with stakeholders across the coffee supply chain, you will identify new opportunities, nurture leads, negotiate partnerships, and strengthen existing client relationships. You will also contribute to the launch and expansion of strategic initiatives, including international coffee competitions and industry-focused projects. This fully remote role combines commercial ownership, relationship building, and cross-cultural collaboration in a dynamic, international environment.
