Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior AI Video Editor whose mission is to produce high-performing direct-response video ads by combining strong DTC editing fundamentals with Generative AI.

You’ll blend traditional editing with AI-generated video, image, voice, and audio assets to create conversion-focused ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while continuously exploring new AI workflows to increase creative quality, speed, and scale.

Produce high-volume direct-response video ads optimized for paid placements across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Generate, enhance, and manipulate video, image, voice, and audio assets using modern Generative AI tools.

Seamlessly integrate AI-generated media with UGC, product footage, and traditional timeline-based editing while maintaining high quality standards.

Create multiple variants per concept, experimenting with hooks, angles, pacing, structures, and AI-generated assets.

Leverage AI to accelerate creative production and develop new approaches to generating scenes, B-roll, voiceovers, product visuals, and creative variations.

Translate performance insights into concrete editing decisions, iterating quickly based on CTR, CVR, retention, and ROAS.

Build clear DTC narratives including problem/solution, demo, testimonial, comparison, educational, and objection-handling formats.

Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and other teams, proactively proposing new creative and AI-driven approaches.

Explore automated and programmatic video workflows that can help scale creative production.
