This opportunity supports one of their key accounts, where the Senior Production Designer will collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets while leveraging AI tools throughout the creative process.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Production Designer to support a creative team in delivering high-quality digital and marketing assets. This role combines strong production design skills with close collaboration across creative disciplines, including design, strategy, content, and production.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working within established design systems and brand guidelines, and able to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverables. Experience incorporating AI tools such as Claude into creative workflows is also valued to improve efficiency, experimentation, and day-to-day production processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality visual designs for web, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels.

• Design polished, responsive digital experiences with strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail.

• Translate brand guidelines and creative direction into cohesive digital experiences.

• Develop concepts from initial exploration through final execution.

• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, content, and development teams.

• Work with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final experience.

• Support editorial and content-driven digital experiences.

• Contribute to integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.

• Present design concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.

• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.

• Take ownership of projects and proactively drive work forward.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong experience in visual and digital design.

• Proven experience designing web and digital experiences.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Hands-on experience with responsive design across different screen sizes and breakpoints.

• Experience applying brand guidelines and visual systems across digital experiences.

• Experience creating visual designs for digital campaigns.

• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.

• Experience using web and content management tools.

• Strong visual attention to detail and a high standard of design craft.

• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional, collaborative environment.

• Availability to work onsite at the office up to 3 days per week (Buenos Aires).
