What You’ll Do

Deliver High-Impact Scaled Learning: Lead elite 1:Many customer enablement programs, including immersive technical workshops and multi-day instructor-led courses, across virtual and in-person environments.

Demystify Enterprise Complexity: Distill advanced architectural and technical concepts into intuitive, actionable insights for audiences ranging from hands-on developers to executive stakeholders.

Drive Dynamic Engagement: Facilitate interactive, high-energy sessions that foster active participation, collaborative problem-solving, and real-world application.

Act as a Trusted Technical Advisor: Partner directly with Signature, Premier, and Standard Success Plan customers to deliver best practices, strategic implementation guidance, and tailored adoption roadmaps.

Accelerate Value Realization: Drive rapid customer adoption of cutting-edge Salesforce technologies through targeted enablement programs and strategic workshops.

Shape the Enablement Ecosystem: Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to continuously innovate and refine our global learning offerings.

Champion the Brand Globally: Represent Salesforce as a premier speaker and technical expert at major industry conferences and flagship customer events (e.g., Dreamforce, TDX).

Exceed Operational Benchmarks: Consistently achieve top-tier Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and high-performance delivery metrics.
