ABOUT YOU

We are looking for experienced and ambitious recruiters who thrive in a high-performance environment.

To succeed at Silver.dev http://Silver.dev, you will have:

• Advanced English skills (required).

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.

• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.

• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and similar platforms.

OUR WAY OF WORKING

This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FIRST WEEK

• Receive your complete setup (computer, accounts, and recruiting tools).

• Onboard with the founder and senior team members.

• Start sourcing candidates for a designated client on your very first day.

• Shadow recruiter interviews and conduct recruiter screenings.

FIRST MONTH

• Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up for a portfolio of companies.

• Participate in day-to-day talent operations, including interview coordination, candidate and client follow-ups, and maintaining recruiting records.

• Own clear success metrics and recruiting goals.

FIRST 90 DAYS

• Independently own client relationships and routine account management.

• Master our recruiting tools and improve processes that impact the entire company.

• Master our recruiting philosophy and become a proactive contributor to the team's success.
