Software Developer in Test II

Caseware combines over 35 years of industry expertise with AI-powered technology to transform how audit and accounting professionals work. Serving organizations across 130 countries, we bring intelligent automation directly into audit and financial reporting workflows—helping professionals reduce manual work, navigate complexity, and focus on informed decisions. Join our global team and help build technology that strengthens trust in financial information.

We’re hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the quality engineering team on one of Caseware’s SaaS Platform teams—driving scalable, modern approaches to testing, automation, and developer enablement. Reporting into the Central Quality function and working within the SE Platform team, this role is uniquely positioned to drive the quality strategy across foundational platform areas that underpin our most critical innovations.

What makes this role especially exciting: we’re not just building traditional apps. We’re accelerating delivery of advanced Cloud Engagements and moving toward Agentic development and testing capabilities—systems and harnesses that defy conventional testing and require a new way of thinking around test strategy, verification and validation.

If you’re energized by the challenge of enabling velocity while maintaining trust and quality on an ever-evolving cloud ecosystem, this is the opportunity to shape that future.

📍 Location: This is a fully remote position located in Colombia.
