Supplier Enablement Subject Matter Expert

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in supplier enablement, supplier management, or supply chain operations, preferably within a global enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of supplier onboarding processes, compliance standards, and supplier relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze complex processes and implement effective solutions.

Experience in conducting training and workshops for diverse audiences.

Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) are a plus.

Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) platforms, especially the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP Cloud.

Strong skills in Microsoft Power Automate flows for workflow automation and integration.

Expertise in electronic communication standards and protocols such as cXML, PunchOut, and EDI.

Familiarity with eProcurement tools and supplier portals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end supplier enablement process, including onboarding, training, and integration of new and existing suppliers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, IT, and supply chain to streamline supplier data management and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Develop and maintain supplier enablement documentation, guidelines, and best practices to facilitate consistent and efficient onboarding.

Act as the primary point of contact for supplier-related queries, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting support.

Monitor supplier performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance supplier collaboration and operational efficiency.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for suppliers and internal stakeholders on enablement tools, processes, and compliance requirements.

Drive adoption of digital tools and technologies to automate and simplify supplier enablement activities, with specific expertise in Microsoft Power Automate flows, cXML, PunchOut, EDI, and the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting supplier enablement and compliance.
