Talent Acquisiton Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

You will identify, attract, and assess talent through a variety of sourcing channels, conduct competency-based screenings, and build diverse candidate pipelines. You will also manage candidate communications, coordinate interview and hiring activities, and support offer and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Working collaboratively with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams, you will help deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while maintaining operational excellence throughout the recruitment process.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Talent Acquisition Analyst , you will:

Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers for approved requisitions to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, align timelines, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques, social media platforms, online job boards, and other relevant channels.

Screen and assess candidates through competency-based interviews and appropriate assessment tools, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to ensure candidate shortlists are delivered according to agreed requirements and timelines.

Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, selection processes, and preparation of relevant materials.

Support the offer and hiring process, including offer preparation and delivery, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers, HR Partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and complete candidate and recruitment information in the Recruiting System.

Support new-hire and onboarding activities to ensure an effective and positive candidate experience.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Talent Acquisition Analyst if your background includes:

Advanced or fluent English is mandatory.

Experience in recruitment processes, including talent attraction, candidate screening and selection, candidate management, assessment tools, and competency-based interviews.

Experience with candidate sourcing and screening techniques and methodologies.

Experience using recruitment management systems and applications.

Experience with social media recruiting and online job boards.

Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and/or sourcing activities.

Experience developing diverse candidate pipelines and supporting inclusive recruiting practices.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, recruiters, and HR teams.
