About the Role

At Jobsity , we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Technical IT Sourcer to join our Technology Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top technology talent across Latin America, supporting multiple IT recruitment processes for international clients.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond simply finding profiles. You should understand technical roles, know how to build effective sourcing strategies, and consistently deliver qualified candidates who match both technical requirements and business needs.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for multiple IT and technology positions across different levels of seniority.

Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, ATS platforms, and other sourcing channels.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with active client openings and hiring priorities.

Source candidates for specialized technical positions, including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other technology-related roles.

Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical requirements, relevant experience, and role expectations.

Balance sourcing volume, candidate quality, and speed to consistently deliver strong talent.

Partner closely with recruiters to calibrate candidate profiles, understand hiring priorities, and incorporate feedback.

Monitor sourcing performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively adjust strategies to improve results.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate information, sourcing activities, and pipeline records.

Explore new sourcing channels, tools, and techniques to continuously improve effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

Ideally 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical sourcing for IT and technology positions. Candidates with less experience but exceptional sourcing capabilities will also be considered.

Strong understanding of technical profiles, technologies, and the IT talent market.

Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter , including complex searches, filters, and candidate pipeline management.

Strong Boolean search skills and the ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining candidate quality and organization.

Ability to evaluate technical profiles and identify candidates who genuinely match role requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership.

Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to communicate professionally in English (B2 or higher).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience sourcing talent for U.S.-based companies or nearshore recruitment operations.

Experience recruiting across multiple Latin American markets.

Exposure to niche or highly specialized technical positions.

Experience sourcing senior-level professionals, including Staff Engineers, Principal Engineers, Engineering Managers, Architects, Directors, or VPs.

Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing performance metrics.

Advanced English proficiency (C1).

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 60–90 days, you'll be expected to:

Consistently identify and deliver qualified, actionable candidates aligned with business priorities.

Work toward sourcing more than 10 allocatable candidates per month across assigned openings.

Maintain healthy talent pipelines that support a steady flow of interviews and client submissions.

Demonstrate strong judgment when balancing sourcing speed, volume, and quality.

Proactively improve sourcing strategies based on recruiter feedback, candidate approvals, and hiring outcomes.
