# Transportation Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible, highly organized, reliable, and fast-learning individual to join our transportation operations team supporting a U.S.-based trucking company.

The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and be comfortable speaking professionally by phone with drivers, freight brokers, customers, shippers, receivers, insurance representatives, and other U.S.-based businesses.

Main responsibilities include coordinating freight pickups and deliveries, monitoring active loads and driver progress, confirming appointments, providing load status updates, communicating delays, following up on operational issues, and ensuring drivers have accurate pickup and delivery information.

The position also involves reviewing and organizing transportation documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), rate confirmations, permits, receipts, and driver paperwork. The employee will assist with factoring submissions, insurance documentation, broker setup, carrier onboarding, spreadsheets, internal systems, and basic driver accounting.

• Can follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
• Takes initiative and follows up without constant reminders
• Can gradually work independently with minimal supervision
• Is comfortable using computers, Excel, Google Sheets, email, PDFs, and web-based systems
• Is willing to learn trucking, logistics, dispatching, documentation, and transportation operations

Previous trucking or dispatching experience is NOT required. Full training will be provided, including online and hands-on training.

As the employee gains experience, additional responsibilities may include finding freight, communicating with brokers about available loads, comparing rates, calculating mileage, negotiating rates, planning routes, and coordinating future loads.

We are looking for someone interested in developing a long-term career in U.S. transportation operations, not simply someone to answer phones. The goal is to train the right candidate to become an independent and dependable transportation professional.

Starting salary: $650 USD/month, with growth potential to approximately $900–$1,100+ USD/month based on performance, reliability, knowledge, responsibilities, and ability to work independently.
