Trilingual Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Trilingual Sales Supervisor to lead inbound sales operations for a commercial storage campaign serving customers in the United States.

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing team capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence through effective coaching, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and excellent communication abilities in English, French, and Spanish, along with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop inbound sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales conversion, productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Analyze performance trends and implement targeted action plans to drive continuous improvement.

Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and employee development activities.

Implement sales strategies focused on customer needs, objection handling, and conversion optimization.

Ensure compliance with campaign procedures, quality standards, and operational requirements.

Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Prepare and present performance reports, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Requirements

Advanced or fluent proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably within BPO, inbound sales, or commercial operations.

Proven experience managing KPIs, coaching employees, and driving performance improvement.

Strong understanding of sales processes, conversion strategies, and customer engagement.

Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Availability to work on-site in Barranquilla and accommodate operational schedules, including weekends.

Work Schedule & Availability

Operational Schedule

Shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday within the operating window of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Weekly working hours and days off assigned according to operational requirements.

Days off may fall on weekdays or weekends.

Training Schedule

100% paid training.

Monday through Friday, with weekends off during the training period.

Work Location

On-site in Barranquilla, Colombia, near Parque Washington.
