JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Location: Remote

Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and versatile Full-Cycle Account Executive to join a fast-growing restaurant distribution and supply chain company. This role is split between managing and growing relationships across an existing book of approximately 200 restaurant clients and actively hunting for new business through outbound prospecting. You'll need to be equally comfortable nurturing long-term accounts and opening new doors — all in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of ~200 existing restaurant clients

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing account base

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and close new business

• Run discovery calls, present solutions, and manage deals through the full sales cycle

• Maintain accurate pipeline, account notes, and activity logs in the CRM

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and reorders

• Collaborate with internal operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth client experience

• Participate in regular sales reviews and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management with a proven outbound track record

• Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts while simultaneously hunting new business

• High emotional intelligence — able to build trust and navigate complex client relationships

• Excellent spoken and written English suited for US client-facing communication

• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes and priorities

• Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management habits

• Experience working with US-based clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in food service, hospitality, logistics, or wholesale distribution

• Familiarity with restaurant operations or supply chain workflows

• Experience managing high-volume, transactional account bases

Tools & Technology

• CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Zoom, Google Meet, or similar video conferencing tools

• Slack and Google Workspace

• Sales engagement and scheduling tools

Interview Process – Important

This is a highly client-facing role, and the interview process includes a mandatory video submission. Candidates must:

• Treat the video as a formal business interview

• Dress in professional business attire (equivalent to a suit-and-tie interview standard)

• Present themselves exactly as they would for a high-level client or executive meeting

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy presenting themselves in a refined, professional manner, are confident on camera, and are excited to serve as the visible face of a brand in client interactions.

Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps — the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
