As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital customer experience solutions using Genesys Cloud CX. You will work at the intersection of technology, customer service, and business consulting to transform operational needs into scalable, efficient solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring contact center platforms, developing omnichannel interaction flows, and building integrations with CRM, ITSM, and other enterprise systems. You will also contribute to the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and workforce engagement capabilities to enhance service quality and operational performance. Working remotely with cross-functional teams, you will help identify business opportunities, solve technical challenges, and deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.
