As a Growth Retention Sr Manager, you will lead the customer retention strategy for established apparel and lifestyle brands operating in a global direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce environment. You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp, developing personalized experiences that strengthen loyalty and drive repeat purchases. Through data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and advanced CRM strategies, you will identify opportunities to increase revenue, customer lifetime value, and long-term profitability. You will define strategic roadmaps, establish quarterly objectives, and lead cross-functional initiatives that connect marketing, creative, data science, technology, and growth teams. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will also explore AI and automation to optimize customer engagement, improve marketing efficiency, and accelerate sustainable business growth.
