Join a dynamic talent acquisition environment supporting recruitment for premium private household staff and corporate executive support professionals across the United States. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will identify, engage, and pre-screen qualified candidates to help recruitment teams move quickly and efficiently. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media communities, and creative sourcing strategies to discover exceptional talent for a variety of positions. Working closely with talent leads, you will conduct initial screening calls, prepare concise candidate summaries, and coordinate recruitment activities. You will also maintain accurate applicant tracking records and ensure candidate information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, resourceful recruiter who combines strong communication skills with excellent organization and independent problem-solving.
