Senior Consultant - F5 Distributed Cloud (XC)

Full-Time, Remote (Colombia based)

• C-Serv

Global enterprises are turning to F5 Distributed Cloud to secure their multi-cloud future — and we're building a permanent, remote-first delivery team in Costa Rica to help deliver it. This is a full-time role on C-Serv's own books: real ownership, real client relationships, and a long-term seat on our F5 practice.

What you'll own

Design and deploy F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments

Deliver secure application networking, API protection (WAAP), and DDoS mitigation for enterprise customers globally

Automate deployment and configuration using Terraform and Ansible

Own the technical relationship with clients directly — proactive guidance, not just execution

Requirements

What you'll need

Hands-on F5 Distributed Cloud (XC) experience, or deep F5 BIG-IP / WAAP / API security experience with the ability to ramp fast

Strong networking and security fundamentals — BGP, DNS, IPSec, firewalls, routing

Kubernetes and cloud-native (AWS/Azure/GCP) exposure

You must be based in, and remain based in, Colombia for the duration of your employment. This is a remote role, but it's Colombia-based remote — not remote-from-anywhere. You will be working Mon-Fri (business hours)

Strong written and verbal communication — you'll work across time zones with distributed teams and clients

Benefits

What you'll get

A permanent, full-time role directly on C-Serv's payroll — not a pass-through contract

Genuine flexibility to work remotely from home in Columbia

Global client exposure through C-Serv's F5 partnership

Real investment in your growth — training, certification support, career progression

Apply now if you're based in Colombia and want a permanent home for your F5 XC expertise.
