Who we’re looking for

DevOps with Python/Bash:

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

At least 3 years of experience with Python/Golang/Bash

3+ years of experience with AWS/GCP/Microsoft Azure/Azure DevOps/Kubernetes is required

Experience in at least 2 commercial projects using Terraform and SQL is required

DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer with Linux:

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

At least 3 years of experience with Linux

At least 3 years of experience using Networking is required

DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer/Platform Engineer with Python/Golang:

4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

At least 3 years of experience with Python/Golang

3+ years of experience with Kubernetes

At least 2 years of experience with Ceph and Networking

5+ years of experience using Linux is required

2+ years of experience with Terraform/Ansible/Pulumi

AI-assisted coding is a must

You own problems end-to-end: you spot the issue, design and build the solution, and ship it to production

You can show the business impact of your work with concrete results (e.g., faster processing, lower costs, more users, fewer incidents)

Advanced English: you discuss business tasks, explain your decisions, raise issues early, and present yourself and your results well on client calls

You work full-time remotely and deliver without supervision

You onboard quickly and start shipping in your first weeks
