Technical Account Manager

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

We're a high-growth staffing agency, and we're hiring a Technical Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of client relationships while driving successful hiring outcomes across technical searches — engineering, AI, and specialized technical roles.

In this role, you will act as:

• A strategic hiring partner to founders and technical hiring leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, technical founders)

• A commercial owner focused on account growth and retention

• A trusted point of contact ensuring successful technical placements and client satisfaction

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills, commercial instincts, and operational thinking within a technical staffing or technical recruiting environment.
